Nice beginner to intermediate workout. Simple, easy to use. I like how it countdowns the section you are in, total minutes left in the total run and how many calories. I run on the treadmill in the winter and I wish there was a way for me to insert my total mileage after each workout. Nice step up from couch to 5k program.
