Love this app
This app got my fatass of my bed.At first I just ran in place got tired and didnt exercise for a week.thats how I lost the 5k to some guys who were clearly not prepared
I love this app and Im hoping for a futures version of 10k to half marathon!

If u let your screen go blank while app is on, u dont hear the segment changes. If u keep your screen on while running, the phone shake causes the app to skip entire sections! How many runners can run without moving their phone??
There is not volume option and you cannot hear the guy speak when you have music on. Also, when you workout longer then the apps timer it just shuts off and goes not continue tracking your progress. This could be a great app but its not!

Great app love the GPS tracking. Just remember not everyone does twitter or Facebook, some of us are still basic and ok with jut doing emails regarding sending out our progress. Also cant tell but it would be nice to track your weight loss & your avg speed. But good work!
Was good until day 2 week 1, after that you have to purchase full version to see your stats. Not impressed

Really good app, love the KCal count, GPS, time and distance metrics(both run and walk in the same training session), good volume related to advices vs music and more. Cons: developer could provide access to more than 2 sessions to evaluate before purchase.

Great app, but it crashes every time on my iPhone 5s with iOS 7.0.1.
Nice beginner to intermediate workout. Simple, easy to use. I like how it countdowns the section you are in, total minutes left in the total run and how many calories. I run on the treadmill in the winter and I wish there was a way for me to insert my total mileage after each workout. Nice step up from couch to 5k program.
