Dont use!

App constantly shuts down and doesnt keep track.

Wife

Its okay, but not the best

Enjoyed it but then they make u buy!

Enjoyed my first two rounds about after day two they make you pay 3.99 for the rest of the training. I was very disappointed to see it was not really for free when there other running aps are free.

Huge disappointment

Very disappointing, especially since I loved their other app. When pressing the lock button during my workout, it kept skipping to the next cycle. Tried running with it unlocked (since it wouldnt stop skipping) and its skipped cycles all by itself! I had to stop my entire workout and fix it, and by the 2nd mile I just ignored it and let it do whatever it was gonna do. I have no idea how far or how many calories Ive burned since it didnt track anything while skipping. Waste of money!

Sensitive buttons!

The lock button seems to be sensitive-rather than locking its going back a segment. On top of that it also goes back in mileage and calories. Makes no sense. Previous version didnt do this. Like that this version is connected it iPhone health. Would be 5 stars without the glitch!

Not 30 minute sessions

FYI each session is well over 40 minutes...not the three 30 minute sessions per week the app advertises.

Great tool for running

Helps out a lot when trying to build stamina. Definitely works. However I purchased the app about 2 years ago and now its asking me for $9 more to remove the ads. I already bought the app. Why do I have to pay more?

Pushing me to the 10k

Great app once u get the hang of it!

Great app with more potential to realize

Im on week 6 and Ive noticed a dramatic improvement in my fitness. Easy to use (except for the annoying ads). The one thing I wish was better is for the GPS feature to account for elevation in the pace (mile/minute) stat. As far as I can tell, this isnt included in the calculation, which could result in a slower than actual pace if you run outside on hills. When I import my Run 10k data to Mapmyrun, there is no elevation data included.

Nice app. Bad reminders.

I think the app itself is very helpful in helping you up your mileage. However, today, I had to push my run later in the day. The reminder I received was "Laziness wont make you look slimmer. Dont forget about your workout!" W O W. This isnt even a weight loss app. Send that to a person who is already struggling with body image and that could be really harmful. Might want to rethink the wording of your "encouragement".......

Great app, love the timed breaks

Normally when I try to run I push myself too hard and end up stopping after 10 minutes and have trouble catching my breath, but with this I can go for longer and feel great afterwards

So far so good.

Im giving a try to the app since last week. Ive always jogged 4 to 5 km after waking up, so I decided to begin at the 5th week. And the apps been great! The ads are okay, not extremely annoying at least. So far the app has done enough to stick with me. Lets see if it stays okay by the end of the program.
